This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.
• Assess client requirements and create customized benefits solutions across various markets.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure effective implementation of benefit plans.
• Deliver training on new plans and updates to the Global Benefits Team.
• Investigate benefit programs and policies relevant to designated countries or regions.
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance and ensure alignment with global standards and local laws.
• Mentor and support Benefits and HR teams in addressing complex issues and inquiries.
• Develop, enhance, and manage benefits processes and documentation.
• Craft clear communications that explain benefits options and applicable exclusions.
• Utilize analysis to back benefits projects and ensure offerings meet business and financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to optimize benefit management.
• Demonstrated experience in international benefits administration.
• Comprehensive understanding of country-specific legislation, benefits design, legal obligations, cultural practices, and global market trends.
• Profound knowledge of benefits principles, practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proven track record in client-facing roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with a diverse range of audiences.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.
• Experience in leading complex projects from conception to execution, achieving measurable results.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
• Confident in decision-making capabilities.
• Comfortable navigating transitions and spearheading change initiatives.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Team-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
