This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and expand a team of 2–3 analysts
• Organize tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain an agile workflow utilizing sprints, backlogs, and transparent intake processes
• Provide technical and professional coaching to analysts while ensuring quality and impact
• Collaborate with both global and local stakeholders
• Mentor and enhance the team’s capabilities to adopt AI-first methodologies
• Create shared libraries, reusable code, and establish a GitHub-based architecture
• Collaborate with the VP of Individual Doctors and VP of Clinics to grasp business needs and pinpoint opportunities
• Conduct analytical deep dives to elucidate results and recommend actionable strategies
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experimental initiatives
• Develop and sustain scalable data models and automations across 13 markets
• Create user-friendly dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau
• Ensure that outputs meet BI dashboard and data standards
• Convert business requirements into specifications for the BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics teams
• Offer dedicated analytical assistance to local markets when necessary
• Construct and maintain an interpretation layer that transforms metrics and models into actionable AI-generated insights
• Present market performance insights to senior stakeholders in a straightforward, decision-ready format
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
• Over 5 years of pertinent analytics experience
• 1–2 years of experience in leading analysts
• Strong SQL proficiency; BigQuery experience preferred
• Knowledge of Python is advantageous
• Experience in designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models
• Proven track record of establishing or scaling AI-first methodologies within a data/analytics team, encompassing AI-assisted querying, shared prompt or code libraries, and reusable architectures in GitHub or similar
• Capability to translate complex data into accessible business language and clear narratives for senior non-technical audiences
• Practical experience with Looker and/or Tableau
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and A/B testing
• Cross-functional experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Ideal candidates will be based in Madrid or Barcelona
• Strong strategic and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating uncertain situations and driving results
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations, with experience in building AI-related solutions

• Ability to define complex problems, conduct quantitative analyses, and generate decision-driving insights
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
