This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and spearhead Pigment’s strategy and implementation for Global System Integrator (GSI) partnerships.
• Oversee GSI strategy and senior relationship management across our global regions, supported by regional Partner Sales Managers.
• Assist in defining and executing Pigment’s GSI strategy, encompassing partner segmentation, prioritization, and long-term value generation models.
• Develop and sustain executive-level relationships with leading GSIs such as Deloitte, EY, PwC, and Accenture.
• Create and manage joint business plans that include multi-year revenue objectives, industry-specific and use case solutions, geographic growth, and collaborative assets.
• Propel go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, ensuring close alignment with regional leadership to enhance pipeline development and deal closure.
• Lead governance structures with GSIs, including executive steering committees, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and performance oversight.
• Increase partner-driven revenue by establishing repeatable industry solutions, delivery models, and service offerings in partnership with GSIs.
• Advocate for and oversee global enablement initiatives to ensure GSI teams are trained, certified, and equipped to successfully market and deliver Pigment solutions.
• Collaborate across functions with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to integrate GSIs into Pigment’s global go-to-market framework.
• Serve as a vital member of the Alliances leadership team, contributing to broader company strategies and representing GSI Alliances at the executive level.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in alliances, partner ecosystems, enterprise SaaS sales, or consulting, with a significant focus on GSIs.
• Proven success in establishing and expanding global partnerships that generate substantial, quantifiable revenue.
• In-depth knowledge of GSI operating models, including sales, delivery, and scaling transformation initiatives on a global scale.
• Demonstrated ability to operate at the executive level, effectively influencing C-suite stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Strong leadership experience, particularly in managing high-performing, geographically dispersed teams in a player/coach setting.
• Exceptional strategic thinking paired with practical execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with global complexity.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align customer transformation needs with partner capabilities and Pigment’s value proposition.
