This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Revenue & Quota Ownership: Meet and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals through effective strategic planning and execution.
• Strategic Account Leadership: Develop and execute the global account strategy for J&J, coordinating Snowflake resources, executive sponsorship, and investments to address J&J's most essential business and technology objectives.
• Trusted Advisor: Interact with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders by comprehending J&J's IT, data, and digital transformation roadmap, positioning Snowflake as a crucial enabler of these initiatives.
• J&J Creation & Expansion: Discover, qualify, and secure new opportunities across various J&J business units, regions, and subsidiaries to foster long-term, recurring revenue.
• Executive Engagement: Conduct high-level discussions with executives across technology, data, and business domains; convey compelling business value and ROI messaging.
• Team Orchestration: Collaborate with cross-functional Snowflake teams—marketing, partner sales, value engineering, legal, product, and professional services—to provide J&J-specific solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Relationship Growth: Develop enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to ensure continued satisfaction and to broaden Snowflake’s presence within J&J.
• Experience: 10–15+ years of enterprise field sales experience in cloud, data, AI, or related technologies, with a proven track record of managing large, strategic global accounts successfully.
• Account Leadership: Proven ability to expand complex accounts from initial engagements to multi-tens of millions in revenue, with proficiency in crafting multi-year strategic account plans.
• Deal Experience: Established history of closing seven-figure, multi-year enterprise contracts and structuring significant, transformative partnerships.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the HCLS industry.
• Executive Engagement: Proficient in establishing executive-level relationships and influencing C-level stakeholders by linking Snowflake solutions to their business goals.
• Collaboration: Capable of leading cross-functional, global account teams and working with partner ecosystems to enhance customer value.
• Skills: Strong consultative and value-driven selling skills, complemented by excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, AI literacy, and the ability to manage extensive pipelines and distributed teams.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary worldwide to support J&J's business operations.
