This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing all facets of a unique Media & Entertainment client portfolio comprising global accounts.
• Ensuring client retention, negotiating contracts, implementing strategies, and consolidating business operations.
• Managing sales of products and services, along with financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, payments, and profitability.
• Engaging in business planning and conducting reviews while building relationships with key decision-makers across various regions.
• Facilitating staff development and addressing operational issues as they arise.
• Providing high-touch consultancy and strategic guidance to the client.
• Significant experience in the travel industry, particularly in account management.
• Proven track record in implementing and managing large market/global clients.
• Comprehensive understanding of business travel management and travel industry technologies.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) along with effective presentation abilities in English.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
