
Global Account Manager – Data Center Hyperscaler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive growth within current accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate across functions to lead commercial negotiations and manage pricing for quotes and change orders.
• Update the pipeline and sales activities in the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Oversee projects and initiatives aimed at maximizing Operating Profit (OP) and enhance site focus on efficiency programs.
• Facilitate the flow of information and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage contract negotiations with assistance from the Flex legal team to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Improve communication and promote best practices across various teams.
• Ensure all client programs are executed in line with contracts, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor and assess business risks, providing timely reports to the Flex business.
• Generally requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically requires at least 8 years of sales/account management experience.
• Experience serving as a point of contact for large key business accounts.
• Background in sales of Power Distribution Equipment for Data Center Accounts is essential.
• Demonstrates expert skills in operations, technical knowledge, and interpersonal or process skills, along with customer (external and internal) relationship management.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of the function and a comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing-related business.
• Exhibits detailed expertise in a highly complex functional/technical area or a broad understanding across multiple areas.
• Preferred experience includes managing accounts in the Datacenter market/industry, specifically selling Low Voltage Power Distribution (LV Switchgear, PDU, RPP, Busway, and Modular) products and services.
