This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Oversee the direct sales process while meeting established sales objectives.
β’ Responsible for engaging with both existing and prospective clients through visits.
β’ Direct the execution of routine account management tasks.
β’ Develop and submit both short-term and long-term sales plans, crafting strategies that leverage available marketing programs to achieve set targets.
β’ Ensure that clients receive top-notch customer service.
β’ A university degree is required (e.g., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
β’ Must be a collaborative team player, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and effectively managing multiple competing priorities.
β’ Excellent communication skills in oral, written, and presentation formats.
β’ Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities to achieve desired outcomes.
β’ High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.
β’ Holds oneself accountable for meeting goals and standards.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
β’ Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.
