This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Responsible for overseeing global customer relationships for key Vodafone Business International (VBI) accounts headquartered in the Nordics, ensuring alignment among operating companies, affiliates, and partners to drive sustainable revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase market share through integrated product, service, and solution offerings.
• Accountable for the global management of designated VBI account(s) and the achievement of strategic, profitable, long-term business outcomes for those accounts at Vodafone.
• Guarantees the fulfillment of all financial objectives, including revenue, voice and data connections, market share, and net margin contributions.
• Tasked with developing and executing account strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Cultivates strong relationships with Vodafone customers and leverages these connections to secure new business opportunities.
• Ensures the virtual team collaborates effectively with various functions within Vodafone to advance the VBI agenda and maintain alignment.
• Collaborates with OpCo corporate sales and Customer Fulfillment and delivery teams to ensure alignment and complementarity of international and national strategies, delivering value to customers.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in global accounts or enterprise solution selling.
• At least 8 years of sales experience.
• University degree or equivalent sales experience.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the C-Level.
• Capability to lead and manage an international and distributed team effectively.
• Strong appreciation and expertise in international business, with experience living or working abroad or in a global account management role for an extended period.
• Proficiency in English, French, and Dutch.
