This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, taking full responsibility for net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion goals.
• Act as the main executive relationship owner after the sale, fostering strong, multi-faceted relationships across IT, platform engineering, and C-suite executives.
• Create and implement account strategies that align customer business objectives with Upbound's platform features, pinpointing opportunities for expansion across teams, business units, workloads, and regions.
• Lead commercial discussions for renewals and upsells, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Customer Success as necessary.
• Enhance platform adoption and usage by working with Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and Customer Success to guarantee customers achieve measurable value.
• Serve as the internal advocate for customers, providing product feedback, escalating issues, and influencing roadmap prioritization for your accounts.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring accurate forecasting and health assessments for your portfolio.
• Represent Upbound during customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), industry events, and on-site visits as required.
• Collaborate with the Account Executive team to guarantee smooth transitions and a coordinated go-to-market strategy within designated accounts.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience with a demonstrated history of managing and growing global enterprise accounts, consistently meeting or surpassing growth, NRR, and expansion objectives.
• Proven experience in handling complex, multi-stakeholder relationships at Fortune 500 or G2K companies, involving engagement with VP and C-level executives.
• Background in cloud, infrastructure, platform, or developer tools: you possess a solid understanding of the technical landscape and can communicate effectively with engineers and architects.
• Proven ability to develop account strategies that connect customer outcomes to product value and commercial growth.
• Strong commercial insight: you are adept at leading renewal and expansion negotiations and navigating intricate enterprise procurement processes.
• Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and MEDDPICC qualification, applied to post-sale account management and growth.
• Exceptional communication skills: proficient in written, verbal, and executive presentation contexts.
• Strong program management and organizational capabilities, managing regular interactions and touchpoints with customers.
• A customer-centric mindset coupled with sound business instincts; you can discern when to advocate for the customer and when to assert commercial interests.
