This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of and enhance client relationships, broadening Temporal’s reach into new business lines, teams, and applications.
• Formulate and implement a strategic account plan to promote the adoption of new use cases within a large, complex enterprise.
• Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to comprehend their requirements and effectively position Temporal across various workloads.
• Navigate intricate technical discussions and align Temporal’s offerings with customer priorities and production realities.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships at multiple organizational levels, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the adoption process.
• Work alongside customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams to ensure each new use case is successfully deployed and delivers measurable results.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize new use-case commitments, driving growth in usage and the scope of deployment.
• Continuously adjust account strategies to meet the evolving priorities of a Fortune 15 enterprise in a fast-paced market.
• Proven experience in developing and executing multi-year account strategies within large enterprises, aligning stakeholders, initiatives, and growth opportunities into a unified plan.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, capable of presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
• A solid history of cultivating executive relationships.
• Demonstrated success in selling to software engineers, technical decision-makers, and engineering leaders within complex technical settings.
• Ability to engage in intricate technical discussions and collaboratively align Temporal’s capabilities with customer needs.
• Proven success in driving adoption and increasing revenue within large, matrixed enterprises.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across various organizational levels.
• History of consistently meeting or exceeding growth objectives.
• Experience with state-of-the-art developer tools or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with consumption-based sales models and promoting the adoption of technical products.
• A strong passion for technology and a keen interest in resolving complex customer issues.
• Preference for candidates in the Dallas area; regular on-site interaction with the customer’s technology teams is required.
