This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the customer relationship and account strategy.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering relationships with various stakeholders.
• Responsible for customer retention and the subscription renewal process.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with customers.
• Oversee the escalation process for customer issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create customer references, testimonials, and events.
• Maintain customer data in CRM, including contact and meeting history, usage data, account plans, and opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling.
• Develop and update customer attrition and risk rating information along with mitigation plans in CRM.
• Engage in industry conferences, trade shows, and other avenues for customer interaction.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing customer relationships or equivalent experience.
• Highly motivated, disciplined self-starter with outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
• Experience in delivering customer-centric solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously in real time.
• A 4-year degree is required.
• The ideal candidate should have experience in the legal industry.
• This role requires travel of approximately +/- 25%.
