This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• High-Volume Growth: Propel substantial revenue growth by actively pursuing and securing new long-term supply contracts with global clients.
• Target Achievement: Focus primarily on meeting and surpassing sales quotas through vigorous prospecting and consistent deal closures.
• Market Expansion: Proactively seek out and penetrate new market segments where LMI's 3D technology can outshine competitors or address unmet needs.
• Direct Sales Leadership: Leverage direct sales authority to acquire corporate accounts, prioritizing the achievement of sales targets while ensuring professional internal collaboration.
• Strategic Pipeline Management: Build a substantial number of prospects to guarantee a strong and reliable sales forecast.
• Active Prospecting: Identify and nurture a list of potential global accounts with considerable annual demand for 3D optical sensors.
• Opportunity Execution: Oversee a high volume of opportunities from inception to conclusion, ensuring the CRM reflects current activities.
• Custom Solution Definition: Collaborate with the FAE and Product teams to design tailored sensor programs for large-scale clients.
• Internal Alignment: Inform Territory Managers of activities in their regions to minimize conflict while maintaining a focus on direct corporate sales.
• Lifecycle Oversight: Manage product transitions and End-of-Life (EOL) matters for the customer base to ensure ongoing revenue streams.
• Market Intelligence: Provide reports to corporate management concerning competitive dynamics and untapped market sectors.
• Proven Sales Drive: At least 5 years of direct sales and account management experience, with a proven track record of high-activity "hunting."
• Quota Performance: Documented achievements in reaching or surpassing sales goals in a fast-paced technology sector.
• Self-Driven Personality: A self-motivated, "self-driven team player" capable of working independently while effectively utilizing internal resources.
• Technical Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, along with a functional understanding of 3D machine vision products.
• Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Mobility: Willingness and capability to travel approximately 50% of the time to ensure a high level of customer engagement.
• Competitive Compensation: On-Target-Earning with a performance-based 60/40 OR 70/30 split.
• Work Flexibility: Remote role with an optimal location in Northern Germany (Hannover region), France, Spain, the UK, or nearby European areas.
