• You will have direct oversight of assigned focus accounts, which may involve performing coordination activities with team members and account management responsibilities as needed to best meet customer or business requirements.
• Foster collaboration between Global and Regional Teams to achieve quicker success.
• Create Strategic Plans for each Focus account, including organizational mapping.
• Establish strong, trustworthy relationships with key decision makers and influencers at both existing and prospective accounts to secure favorable positions for the use of Indium products.
• Act as a liaison among the Global Accounts Team, Regional Sales, and Internal functions to coordinate and provide the necessary resources to finalize business transactions.
• Identify and leverage AVL's for short-term win opportunities.
• Recognize mid and long-term target opportunities.
• Support Global Sales in developing business across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
• Create a relationship database to be shared with all sales personnel.
• Generate target segments, specific customer leads, and competitive insights through market research and the integration of sales and marketing activities.
• Assist with the forecasting process as needed.
• Network with relevant industry stakeholders to gather current market insights and foster partnerships.
• Execute other job duties and special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• Technical aptitude is essential.
• A personable individual with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational, management, and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
