This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for managing, safeguarding, and enhancing revenue through the sale of Henny Penny products and services to global account customers.
• Achieves or surpasses annual sales targets.
• Identifies and pursues revenue and growth prospects within the global account; formulates a comprehensive strategic sales plan.
• Cultivates trusted relationships with key contacts within the account on a global scale.
• Collaborates with customers and internal teams at Henny Penny to appropriately address concerns and inquiries.
• Recognizes key contacts and decision-makers within the customer organization and fosters strong relationships.
• Independently engages with essential customer contacts and is responsible for the overall health and status of the relationship.
• Works closely with distributors and Regional Sales Managers to ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Provides valuable customer feedback to various parts of the organization concerning product and service issues.
• Exhibits a thorough understanding of Henny Penny products and solutions.
• Displays knowledge of competitors and their products in the market.
• Collaborates with sales team members and cross-functional departments.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) is required.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the food service equipment sector, is required.
• Demonstrated success in negotiation and closing business deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to present to executive-level audiences.
• Ability to collaborate and partner effectively across teams.
• Proficient in negotiation techniques with proven expertise in customer negotiations.
• Knowledge and proficiency in computer hardware and software, including Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and the Internet.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including nights and weekends.
• Capability to lift and carry a laptop, iPad, and other sales materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
