This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Client, CTM, and its global network of agency partners for multinational and global agreements.
• Advocate for client requirements and support the realization of multinational objectives with internal CTM departments and member agency partners.
• Develop and sustain measurable business plans and strategic travel management programs for corporate clients.
• Establish value-driven partnerships while identifying and implementing opportunities for revenue growth.
• Convert data into strategic initiatives and lead the review of KPI/SLA performance.
• Oversee account budgets, forecasts, profitability, contractual conditions, payments, and revenue alignment.
• Propel process enhancements and efficiencies to maximize program performance and client value.
• Evaluate customer survey feedback and apply improvements aimed at boosting satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
• Identify cost and efficiency enhancements through management information analysis and dialogues with clients/shareholders.
• Monitor service-level agreements and introduce quality performance metrics when suitable.
• Collaborate with international CTM and agency partner departments to ensure consistent delivery of products and services.
• Work together with Sales, Technology, and Operations across business lines and regions.
• Organize and participate in client implementation and review meetings.
• Identify commercial incentive opportunities and coordinate meetings with suppliers.
• Assess and propose enhancements to client travel policies and purchasing procedures.
• Ensure that management information is delivered accurately and promptly.
• Stay informed about market and competitor activities, and provide clients with updates on industry developments.
• Lead, mentor, develop, and engage direct and/or indirect reports as applicable.
• Domestic travel and occasional short-notice travel are part of the role.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the multinational business travel sector.
• Demonstrated success in multinational account management within the business travel industry.
• Expertise in client relationship management, consultative selling, financial analysis, performance reporting, and process optimization.
• Knowledge of travel management strategy, financial/account management, KPI/SLA frameworks, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Capacity to form commercial relationships with clients, shareholders, and suppliers, and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in establishing and monitoring supplier agreements on behalf of clients.
• Familiarity with Self Booking Tools, MI Reporting, and Quality control systems.
• Proven project management abilities, including implementation, forecasting, and time management skills.
• Availability for conference calls outside standard business hours due to international time zone differences.
• Willingness to travel frequently at short notice and for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform basic math and interpret information accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to meet deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English is an advantage.
