This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Serve as a trusted advisor in business and sales to customer executives, guiding strategic conversations centered on total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), platform scalability, and the strategic roadmap for modern cloud CX solutions.
• Facilitate high-level business discovery sessions to outline the strategy and commercial rationale for intricate, large-scale CCaaS solutions.
• Engage in delivering impactful, high-quality product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that effectively convey the significant business value of our platforms, highlighting integrations with essential business applications (CRM, WFO, ERP).
• Maintain expert-level insight into the CCaaS competitive environment (e.g., Genesys, NICE CXone, Amazon Connect) and adeptly position Avaya’s distinct advantages and clear business benefits.
• Over 8 years of successful experience in SaaS sales, with a strong emphasis on CCaaS/UCaaS sales expertise.
• A proven track record of meeting and surpassing annual sales targets.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities, with a demonstrated capability to lead strategic, value-driven discussions with C-level executives.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a Master’s degree is preferred.
