• Take ownership of comprehensive account management for selected strategic global customers, encompassing forecasting, sales pipeline management, and business growth strategies.
• Formulate and implement global account plans that align with Ambiq’s long-term vision and meet customer needs.
• Provide precise and timely revenue forecasts to internal stakeholders.
• Comprehend the account organization and establish suitable relationships/goals for each level.
• Collect and evaluate organizational intelligence to grasp customer decision-making processes, business priorities, and technology roadmaps.
• Offer insights into customer strategies and align Ambiq’s solutions with their changing needs.
• Partner with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) and key ecosystem partners to secure design wins and facilitate smooth program execution.
• Propel collaborative business development opportunities throughout the customer’s supply chain network.
• Cultivate and sustain executive-level relationships within global customer organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring Ambiq is recognized as a long-term partner in innovation and growth.
• Enhance and grow Ambiq’s existing business through strong engagement and ongoing value delivery.
• Achieve next-generation wins for Ambiq’s roadmap platforms.
• Identify and explore new verticals and application areas where Ambiq’s ultra-low-power technology offers a competitive edge.
• Over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor, technology, or related industries with responsibilities in global account management.
• Demonstrated success in managing Tier-1 accounts and securing design wins in highly competitive markets.
• Strong connections within the Edge AI, wearable, IoT, and consumer electronics ecosystems.
• Capacity to manage complex, multi-regional accounts involving cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive engagement skills.
• Experience in collaborating with ODMs and ecosystem partners to drive customer success.
• Engineering degree preferred.
