This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive global account strategies and plans aimed at fostering sustainable growth and profitability.
• Oversee the complete relationship management with key global accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and optimizing customer experience.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across various geographic and functional domains.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for all matters relating to accounts, including contract negotiations and escalations.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by collaborating with internal teams across different DSV divisions.
• Leverage industry insights, customer data, and market trends to develop compelling value propositions and account development strategies.
• Foster operational and commercial alignment among departments to guarantee consistent execution on a global scale.
• Track financial and performance indicators such as revenue growth, wallet share, and customer satisfaction.
• Propel cross-selling and innovation initiatives to enhance DSV’s footprint with global clients.
• Relevant university degree that provides a solid analytical and professional foundation.
• 8–12 years of experience in global account management, business development, or commercial leadership roles within logistics, supply chain, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate, multi-regional customer relationships and achieve measurable growth.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities, with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Profound understanding of logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations, including key commercial and financial drivers.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures and organizational hierarchies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, supported by experience with CRM and performance management tools.
• Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
