GIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Leverage your expertise in drone operations and GIS to assist our clients in resolving various issues.

• Efficiently and accurately address customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone support using Zendesk.

• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools to facilitate the growth of our global support team.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our knowledge base through internal and external documentation.

• Utilize your active listening, customer empathy, and de-escalation techniques to foster and enhance customer relationships.

• Champion our customers' needs by directly collaborating with the Engineering, Product Management, and UX teams regarding customer challenges or product enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Portuguese, in both written and spoken forms.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geomatics, or a similar discipline.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Exceptional time management and prioritization skills.

• A customer-centric approach with a profound sense of empathy.

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
