This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and detailed insights regarding failures or issues related to Raytheon programs, aiming to minimize impacts on production and sustainment costs.
• Collaborate in identifying the root causes of failures or issues, define usage boundaries, and effectively communicate findings to the affected programs.
• Liaise with various internal stakeholders and external clients to aid in the resolution and mitigation of program-related impacts.
• Analyze and interpret data to derive meaningful results.
• Recognize potential Quality and Reliability concerns that may arise from the use of defective or counterfeit components, and alert programs that could be affected.
• Oversee the mitigation of alerts stemming from impacted programs.
• Generally requires a Bachelor's degree along with 8+ years of pertinent engineering experience.
• Proven experience in crafting and delivering presentations that outline issues along with a recommended action plan to program officials for approval and to facilitate the implementation of changes or processes.
• Familiarity with component data and drawings, as well as understanding how part applications contribute to meeting program or project objectives and requirements.
• Experience utilizing, indenturing, and managing BOM (Bill of Material) for both developmental and production programs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of how Component MIL Specifications, drawings, standards, and related QPLs and QMLs are incorporated within design packages.
