This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads;

• Participate in the development of acquisition strategies alongside the Growth team;

• Structure and oversee marketing and sales funnels for B2B clients;

• Track the complete journey of leads, from generation to conversion into opportunities and sales;

• Configure, monitor, and optimize relationship and nurturing automations;

• Analyze performance indicators and identify conversion bottlenecks;

• Develop tests, hypotheses, and optimization plans to enhance performance;

• Prepare reports and present strategic insights to clients and internal teams;

• Ensure the quality of generated leads, focusing on efficiency in addition to volume;

• Contribute to the demand generation of the agency itself, supporting growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Paid Traffic Management;

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads;

• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4);

• Knowledge in measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking;

• Experience with CRM and management of commercial pipeline;

• Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions;

• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and multidisciplinary teams;

• Organized, autonomous, and capable of prioritizing effectively;

• Results-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement.
