• Oversee and assess content across multiple social media platforms to ensure community safety and brand consistency.

• Evaluate reported text, images, and videos in accordance with platform policies and guidelines.

• Stay informed about the latest trends in the social media industry.

• Forward sensitive or complex matters to senior stakeholders for further handling.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance moderation tools and internal procedures.

• Manage interactions and moderation choices with professional precision and cultural sensitivity.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations.

• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• A valid EU passport or work permit that allows residency and employment in Greece.

• A strong passion for the social media sector and digital content trends.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while making swift and precise decisions.

• Outstanding communication abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Prior experience in moderation or customer support is advantageous.
