This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conduct high-volume outbound initiatives, including cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Arrange meetings and appointments for our clients.
• Deliver value to our clients by generating quality SQL.
• Keep precise and current records of all outreach activities within the CRM.
• Work closely with teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified meetings.
• Proficient in German (both written and spoken).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B prospecting and inside sales.
• Strong history of successful cold outreach and follow-up via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Background or experience in an agency setting.
• Self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in the IT/technology sector is advantageous.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Available to work as a freelancer (with monthly invoicing).
• Stipend to assist with home office expenses.
• Strong team spirit with fantastic colleagues.
