German-speaking SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Client Advisory & Project Leadership: You will assist clients in navigating all stages of SAP Payroll implementation, gather intricate business requirements, and offer strategic recommendations on best practices.

• Configuration & Customizing: You will develop sustainable, error-free system configurations within the SAP HCM framework while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Quality Assurance & Testing: You will create and execute thorough system tests using self-generated test data to guarantee error-free functionality.

• Documentation: You will generate accurate functional and technical documentation for all implemented work packages.

• Interface Management: Collaborating closely with the Cluster Lead, you will oversee your daily priorities, adhere to deadlines, and communicate status reports and issue analyses transparently to all stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.

• Proven professional experience in SAP HCM implementation and application consulting.

• Documented involvement in at least three SAP Payroll rollouts in Austria.

• Extensive knowledge of Austrian payroll and tax legislation, along with a thorough understanding of the overall SAP HR architecture.

• Proficient in German at a negotiation level and fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical abilities, a distinct solution-oriented mindset, and a high level of discretion when dealing with sensitive data.
