This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Reactivate and expand a portfolio of high-caliber B2B accounts within the German-speaking (DACH) region.
• Implement professional re-engagement strategies to enhance relationships with existing high-value corporate clients.
• Utilize advanced sales techniques to identify business challenges and pinpoint key C-suite decision-makers.
• Develop data-driven solutions that address intricate hiring and branding issues for discerning clients.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle—from initial prospecting and research to high-level negotiations and closing deals.
• Serve as a strategic consultant on digital trends, providing expert advice to assist clients in achieving optimal return on investment (ROI).
• Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2) for executive-level discussions; professional English (minimum B2) for collaboration with the global team.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in B2B Sales, particularly in Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising.
• Strong understanding of business development frameworks and lead qualification methodologies (such as MEDDIC or BANT).
• Proven track record of exceeding targets while working remotely with exceptional self-organization skills.
• A University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
