This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Reactivate and grow a portfolio of top-tier B2B accounts within the DACH region.
• Implement professional re-engagement strategies to enhance the presence of current high-value corporate accounts.
• Employ advanced sales techniques to pinpoint organizational friction points and identify C-suite decision-makers.
• Design integrated, data-driven solutions that tackle intricate recruitment and branding challenges for sophisticated clients.
• Lead the entire sales lifecycle—from thorough prospecting to complex negotiations and closing deals.
• Act as a strategic consultant on digital trends, offering expert advice to maximize client ROI.
• Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2) for high-level negotiations.
• Proficient English (B2 minimum) for effective internal global collaboration.
• At least 2 years of proven success in B2B Sales, particularly in the Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising industries.
• Strong understanding of business development frameworks and lead qualification processes (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT).
• Demonstrated ability to exceed KPIs in a decentralized setting while maintaining outstanding organizational discipline.
• A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
