This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners of vacation rentals to present the company and its offerings.
• Evaluate homeowner interest and prequalify leads based on established criteria.
• Establish rapport and address initial inquiries or concerns.
• Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up and conversion efforts.
• Keep lead information current and updated in the CRM system.
• Efficiently manage call follow-ups and lead transitions.
• Engage in monthly KPI assessments and performance evaluations.
• Proficient in German with excellent English communication abilities.
• At least three years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or lead generation.
• Comfortable managing objections and engaging potential clients over the phone.
• Familiar with CRM systems and lead databases.
• Results-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized.
