This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Execute outbound calls and digital outreach to pre-qualified leads, corporate clients, and consumers throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
β’ Assess specific client requirements, present customized product configurations, and adeptly address objections to finalize deals or secure contract renewals.
β’ Cultivate potential clients throughout the sales cycle, ensuring organized follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
β’ Precisely update customer master data, document interaction details, and monitor active sales funnels within the internal CRM system.
β’ Regularly achieve or surpass individual monthly sales goals, revenue targets, and call-quality standards.
β’ Native or near-native proficiency in German (C1/C2 level) along with a solid professional command of English (B2).
β’ Must currently reside in Bulgaria with a quiet, dedicated home office environment.
β’ A dependable, high-speed wired internet connection.
β’ Exceptional negotiation abilities, a strong sense of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented approach.
β’ Previous experience in outbound telesales, cold calling, business development, or account management is strongly preferred.
