German Speaking Customer Agent – Pet Care Industry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance to German-speaking clients regarding products related to pet health, nutrition, and wellness.

• Handle a high volume of inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat.

• Resolve order-related issues and provide compassionate support to pet owners.

• Keep detailed records and documentation in internal CRM systems.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to enhance communication standards for German-speaking markets.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for pet care products.

• Help achieve team objectives and fulfill KPIs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent in German, both spoken and written, is essential.

• Possession of a valid EU passport or a valid work permit for employment in Greece.

• Professional proficiency in English for team interactions and internal training.

• A strong passion for pet care and dedication to the customer support field.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a remote-friendly environment based in Greece.
