
German-Speaking Advisory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and direct change management efforts for clients' HR and payroll transformation projects.
• Create and execute change management strategies and plans to enhance employee adoption while reducing resistance.
• Collaborate with clients' HR, IT, and other departments to seamlessly integrate new processes and systems.
• Perform impact analyses, evaluate change readiness, and pinpoint key stakeholders.
• Offer coaching and support to client managers and employees.
• Design and deliver training programs and communication strategies tailored to client requirements.
• Mentor and impart knowledge to the existing team to strengthen internal change management capabilities.
• Track and assess change management initiatives and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in client projects.
• Participate in client sales meetings to assist in business development and provide change management insights.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in change management specifically focused on HR and payroll systems.
• Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and systems.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Capability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with Prosci or ADKAR frameworks.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Competence in developing and executing strategic change management plans.
• Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Aptitude for conducting impact analyses and gauging change readiness.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Capability to mentor and coach team members.
• Awareness of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in diverse settings.
• Current and future work authorization in Germany without visa sponsorship from Strada.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP is advantageous, though not mandatory.
• A master's degree is preferred but not required.
