German Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.

• Offer support with automotive and digital products.

• Identify and resolve issues while providing effective solutions.

• Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

• Keep informed about the latest offers, policies, and services.

• Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker or possess C1 level proficiency in German.

• B2 level proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with automotive and digital products is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong documentation skills and proficiency with computers.

• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Preference will be given to candidates currently living in Portugal.

• Support for relocation to Portugal may be available in certain cases.

• Flexibility to work Monday through Sunday, including German schedule, 24/7 rotational shifts, and two rotating days off per week.
