German Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels.

• Offer assistance with queries related to automotive and digital products.

• Evaluate issues and deliver suitable solutions.

• Precisely document customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

• Continuously update knowledge of products, policies, and services.

• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in German at a native level or a minimum proficiency of C1.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level.

• Familiarity with the automotive industry and digital products is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong documentation and computer skills.

• A professional, motivated, and customer-centric attitude.

• Preference will be given to applicants already residing in Portugal.
