German Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email

• Assist with automotive and digital product inquiries

• Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions

• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience

• Keep informed about the latest offers, policies, and services

• Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker or possess C1 proficiency in German

• B2 level proficiency in English

• Familiarity with automotive and digital products is a plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient documentation and computer skills

• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused demeanor

• Preference will be given to candidates already living in Portugal

• Relocation assistance may be available in certain cases

• Flexibility to work from Monday to Sunday, adhering to the German schedule

• Willingness to participate in 24/7 rotational shifts
