German Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.

• Offer support for automotive and digital products.

• Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.

• Accurately record customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.

• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the customer experience.

• Keep informed about the latest offers, policies, and services.

• Uphold high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native German speaker or possess C1 proficiency in German.

• B2 proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with automotive and digital products is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient documentation and computer skills.

• Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused demeanor.

• Preference will be given to candidates already living in Portugal.

• Relocation assistance to Portugal may be provided in certain cases.

• Willingness to work Monday to Sunday according to the German schedule.

• Availability for 24/7 rotational shifts.
