Gerente de Projetos – Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the project scope, establish timelines, resources, and budget.

• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and ensure that tasks are completed within set deadlines.

• Manage risks, identify issues, and implement corrective actions, while also tracking project performance indicators.

• Keep stakeholders updated on project progress, communicate decisions and outcomes, and manage expectations.

• Inspire and engage the team, resolve conflicts, make strategic decisions, and ensure that the project aligns with the company's goals.

• Allocate human, financial, and material resources efficiently to optimize resource use and ensure adherence to the project scope.

• Assess and implement any necessary changes to the project scope, timeline, or budget, ensuring that changes are managed effectively.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor deliverables using both Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies, depending on the project type.

• Lead multidisciplinary squads and serve as a liaison between technical and business areas.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Manage the budget by tracking and reporting on cost progress.

• Engage in risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Oversee corporate projects on a national or multinational scale, paying attention to multicultural and time zone needs.

• Support strategic initiatives involving innovation, connectivity, integration with legacy systems, and regulatory compliance.

• Conduct executive status meetings, reporting progress and results to senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale technology projects.

• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies.

• Previous involvement in system development projects, infrastructure, cloud, APIs, and microservices.

• Fluent in English (both verbal and written communication).

• Intermediate Spanish for conversation.

• PMP, PM3, CSPO, PSPO, SAFe, OKR Champion certification or equivalent.
