📋 Description

• Lead and comprehensively manage the district operations.

• Define, execute, and monitor strategic and tactical plans aligned with corporate objectives.

• Ensure compliance with key performance indicators: sales, market share, profitability, coverage, and productivity.

• Lead, develop, and evaluate the work team.

• Guarantee the correct implementation of corporate policies, processes, and standards.

• Analyze the market, competition, and trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Manage the district budget and optimize resource usage.

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, strategic allies, and local stakeholders.

• Present reports on results and projections to regional management or direction.

• Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and compliance standards.

• Professional degree.

• A minimum of 5 years leading medical visit work teams.

• Proficient in Office applications.

• Availability to travel.
