• Manage and develop a portfolio of active partners, focusing on revenue generation;
• Engage consultatively with partners (agencies and entrepreneurs), identifying growth opportunities;
• Reestablish relationships with strategic partners, particularly large agencies;
• Lead complex negotiations and close opportunities within the portfolio;
• Prioritize accounts based on business impact (short, medium, and long term);
• Ensure a structured and active pipeline cadence;
• Expand the partner base by generating revenue, increasing reach, and creating new opportunities;
• Reengage and activate accounts with potential;
• Conduct training sessions, meetings, and relationship-building actions with partners;
• Carry out visits and participate in events to strengthen relationships and business generation;
• Monitor and manage performance via CRM, focusing on monthly revenue targets (NMR), especially new revenue.
• Solid experience in consultative sales and negotiation, preferably in a B2B context;
• Experience in partner or channel management (indirect model);
• Experience with complex sales and longer sales cycles;
• Background in managing a portfolio, strategic partners, or clients;
• Strong commercial profile, focused on revenue generation and closing deals;
• High capacity for organization, planning, and pipeline management;
• Ability to prioritize based on business impact;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders;
• Proactive attitude, actively managing the portfolio (not just reactive);
• Willingness to travel and visit partners.
