This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Collaborates with various organizational levels, including internal sales teams (account managers, customer service) and our national team (national account directors, national account managers), to ensure that business relationships are cultivated at all levels.
• Responsible for managing and expanding territory business with minimal supervision across all HPG Brands.
• Must be willing to travel overnight regularly as needed, up to 75% of the time.
• Prepare for and facilitate sales meetings with distributor accounts both in person and virtually.
• Assist in sales planning, sales forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Develop presentations aligned with the quarterly sales and marketing strategy for the territory.
• Attend regional and national trade shows as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with established promotional advertising distributors through meetings, networking events, end-user shows, and other opportunities with distributor partners.
• Provide weekly reports and/or contributions regarding trade shows, customer visits, and product and consumer trends in the field.
• Engage in a variety of challenging and interesting territory growth projects, enabling the achievement of monthly goals and target growth numbers.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the promotional advertising industry, preferably in outside sales.
• Established network of contacts within high-profile distributorships and nationwide promotional product distributors.
• Demonstrated track record of success with a focus on sales growth.
• A 4-year college degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple brand account managers.
• Extremely prompt and responsive to client needs.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% within assigned states.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
