This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assess the initial and ongoing eligibility for a gamete donor program by gathering, analyzing, and documenting somewhat intricate family medical histories of donor applicants.

• Review and interpret results from genetic tests.

• Conduct document assessments and gather medical updates.

• Gather and oversee medical updates from donors and donor-conceived individuals, coordinating additional routine testing of donors.

• Engage in team meetings and contribute to performance and quality improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of previous experience, which includes 2 years of professional education and at least 1 year of relevant genetic counseling experience.

• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• High level of interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, donors, peers, and management.

• Keen attention to detail in the preparation and proofreading of materials.

• Excellent organizational capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks at once.

• Ability to uphold confidentiality.

• Competence to work independently on daily responsibilities as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
