This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Oversee HR administration and personnel management processes
β’ Facilitate new hire onboarding, handle terminations/offboarding, and manage timekeeping
β’ Process payroll and manage statutory labor-related charges
β’ Administer vacation time and the 13th-month salary (annual bonus)
β’ Supervise and manage both CLT employees and PJ contractors (formal employees and contracted service providers)
β’ Assist in People Development and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
β’ Aid in onboarding efforts to help new employees acclimate to the company culture
β’ Collaborate on the ongoing enhancement of HR processes and the integration of new people management practices
β’ Provide leadership support in developing team competencies, formulating retention strategies, and identifying human resource requirements
β’ Proven experience in personnel and payroll processes, encompassing hiring/onboarding, terminations/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and adherence to tax and fiscal obligations
β’ Practical experience with CLT employees and PJ contractors (formal employees and contracted service providers)
β’ Understanding of People Development and internal marketing/employee engagement
β’ Familiarity with HR management systems such as Ahgora, Timesheet, and Vixting
β’ Experience in technology companies is advantageous
β’ Administration of benefits including transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, and additional perks
