This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
• Organize and schedule the appropriate team members (including supervisory, clerical, engineering, and field personnel) and subcontractors at the commencement of the project, while also managing staffing needs throughout the project's duration.
• Prepare the construction site for operations.
• Acquire tools and materials to be delivered at designated times to align with project timelines.
• Consult with and guide supervisory staff and subcontractors involved in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various stages of construction to avoid delays and maintain quality standards.
• Review ongoing work to ensure that craftsmanship meets specifications, safety protocols, and adherence to construction timelines.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution; or a minimum of five years of concrete-related experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer proficiency is required, including the ability to use word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
• The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic, self-driven individual who thrives in a team environment and has a strong desire for collaboration and professional growth.
• Establish and uphold high safety and quality standards in accordance with company and industry regulations.
