General Manager – Product Portfolio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Ownership of P&L across multiple product groups, ensuring a net profit stability of ≥95% of the plan.

• Development of a unified system for health metrics and profit control points across the portfolio.

• Cost optimization through automation, reduction of manual tasks, and minimizing specialist involvement.

• Management of portfolio teams, including processes, reporting, and recruitment.

• Establishing a reporting framework for stakeholders such as Head of Tribe and Head of Marketing.

• Scaling the product portfolio and enhancing margin through optimizations and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of management experience in B2C subscription products (mobile/web) or related industries.

• Understanding of the complete lifecycle of product teams—from launch to finding unit economics.

• Hands-on experience in product or marketing: launching projects from scratch or developing a product vertical.

• Experience in owning the P&L of a product or portfolio.

• Proficient in working with dashboards, cohorts, and reporting.

• Experience in managing large teams.

• Experience in decision-making regarding P&L and optimizing net profit.

• Experience in implementing AI solutions within team operations.

• Familiarity with Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.

• Experience in building inter-team reporting or internal process and decision-making structures is a plus.

• Experience in cost optimization is a plus.
