This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠Accountable for steering the strategic vision and operational activities within their designated geographic area.
⢠Oversee the collaborative efforts across various functions to ensure that apitegromab reaches patients and families affected by SMA.
⢠Assemble and lead high-achieving, cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering this groundbreaking therapy to patients.
⢠Facilitate collaboration among all team members to guarantee optimal support for individuals living with SMA.
⢠Direct the operational implementation of the cross-functional team, including medical affairs, patient services, clinical specialists, reimbursement, and neuromuscular specialists.
⢠A Bachelor's degree along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech sector, with a focus on rare diseases, is mandatory.
⢠Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, market access, patient services, clinical specialty, or medical) is highly desirable.
⢠A track record of success in sales leadership, with experience and exposure to other key functions within the pharmaceutical or biotech fields. Leadership experience in other functions is preferred.
⢠Outstanding leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams, establish clear objectives, and achieve results. Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial for motivating and empowering teams.
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster and sustain robust relationships with all stakeholders.
⢠Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication skills, enterprise leadership, and the ability to formulate and execute operational plans, adjust to evolving market conditions, and identify opportunities.
⢠In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical or biotech landscape, particularly in the rare disease sector, the US market, and familiarity with market access and payer dynamics.
⢠Strong capabilities in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
⢠Experience in navigating complex regulatory and compliance frameworks.
⢠An innovative mindset with the ability to drive transformation while achieving results.
