General Manager – North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the overall Profit & Loss (P&L) for the North America region.

• Create and implement a regional growth strategy that aligns with corporate goals.

• Foster consistent Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth while enhancing profitability and operational efficiency.

• Oversee annual planning, forecasting, and business review processes.

• Cultivate a culture centered on accountability, execution, and customer focus.

• Manage regional service bookings, sales bookings, ARR growth, renewals, and expansion revenue.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to boost pipeline generation, conversion rates, and accuracy in forecasting.

• Formulate strategies to capture increased market share within crucial industries such as: Energy, Utilities, Transportation, Infrastructure, Government, and Mining.

• Guarantee an outstanding customer experience from implementation to renewal.

• Promote customer adoption and sustained product utilization.

• Ensure successful project execution while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

• Streamline implementation methodologies for Software as a Service (SaaS) deployments.

• Recruit, nurture, and retain top-tier leaders.

• Encourage interdepartmental collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is preferred.

• Over 15 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software or SaaS.

• At least 7 years of experience in leading multiple customer-facing functions.

• Proven track record of P&L ownership.

• Demonstrated success in increasing recurring SaaS revenue.

• Experience guiding organizations through periods of scaling and transformation.

• Strong executive presence with the capacity to influence customers, employees, investors, and board members.

• Background in selling complex enterprise software to large organizations.
