• Foster commercial accountability within the assigned LCT

• BA/BS degree
• Significant experience in a Commercial Leadership position
• Strong business insight
• Experience in engaging with customers
• Ability to connect with and deliver the GE HealthCare value proposition
• Experience in managing Channel Partners
• Proven capability to lead and collaborate effectively with teams
• Excellent communication abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in problem analysis and resolution
