This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of our Clear Aligners business from start to finish
• Enhance existing strategies to elevate our position from a contender to a market leader
• Define and manage the growth strategy for clear aligners
• Collaborate with Sales and Post Sales leadership to refine marketing funnels
• Establish and cultivate our DSO sales approach
• Foster relationships with DSO procurement and clinical stakeholders
• Develop and customize value propositions for large group practices
• Formulate Dandy's long-term product strategy
• Manage the complete P&L for clear aligners
• 7–12 years of experience in a combination of strategy, growth/GTM, or general management roles
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Strong commercial acumen
• Structured thinker capable of quick decision-making
