This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Create, validate, and oversee enterprise-level selection and development assessments.
β’ Perform job, skill, and competency analyses while utilizing advanced statistical techniques.
β’ Offer guidance and support to team members.
β’ Organize and manage assessment programs along with project timelines.
β’ Collaborate with business and HR leaders to define talent initiatives and establish assessment priorities.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to HR partners, providing expertise on selection, assessment, measurement, evaluation, leadership, change management, and metrics.
β’ Must be at least 18 years of age.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Applied Psychology, or a related field.
β’ Over 5 years of professional experience in selection and assessment, organizational development, and change management.
β’ Strong foundation in I-O Psychology and Organizational Behavior, with practical knowledge of advanced statistics, statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R), and Excel.
