This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Developing customized activation strategies that ensure site readiness, enhance patient access, and provide a market-leading activation experience for clients.
• Overseeing comprehensive site certification activities from initial contact to activation.
• Acting as the main point of contact for sites throughout the activation phase.
• Assessing site readiness and pinpointing potential risks.
• Functioning as the key coordinator of the activation process.
• Providing operational training and activation support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth execution of activations and expansions.
• Monitoring activation schedules and the progress of deliverables.
• Ensuring sites are prepared for the first patient enrollment and the fulfillment of CARVYKTI orders.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of business experience is necessary, with a preference for healthcare or biopharma experience.
• Excellent project management and communication abilities.
• Capable of partnering and influencing across various functions and organizations without direct authority.
• Required proficiency in all Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on candidate location (approximately half of this time may involve overnight stays).
• Candidates should reside within 1.5 hours of a major metropolitan airport in the specified geography.
• Experience in account management, sales, or other customer-facing roles in healthcare is preferred.
• Proven dedication to learning about emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and gradual application of new tools.
