General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Korean affiliate with complete P&L accountability and achieve sustainable sales and profitability growth.

• Formulate and implement the local business strategy along with a five-year growth plan.

• Discover and capitalize on new business prospects through strategic alliances and collaborations.

• Enhance Geistlich's market presence among customers, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors, and government entities.

• Lead, nurture, and motivate a high-performing local leadership team.

• Ensure operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and adherence to Geistlich's quality standards.

• Collaborate closely with Headquarters and contribute to both regional and global initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in the healthcare, dental, or medical technology sectors.

• Track record of success in general management with full P&L oversight.

• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in business development, sales, and organizational transformation.

• Proven capability to build high-performing teams and drive change.

• Extensive network within the Korean healthcare sector and experience engaging with distributors, key customers, and regulatory bodies.

• Proficient in Korean and possess excellent communication skills in English.

• Openness to travel as needed.
