📋 Description

• Formulate and implement the regulatory and legal strategy to enhance Stedi's partnerships with payers.

• Oversee competitive and enforcement matters, safeguarding and promoting Stedi’s interests.

• Establish the legal framework for innovative data products operating within complex regulatory environments.

• Leverage legal and regulatory knowledge to pinpoint growth opportunities.

• Manage the entire legal scope for a rapidly expanding company in collaboration with our Head of Legal.

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and board on strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in both law firms and dynamic in-house positions.

• Extensive in-house experience, including oversight of litigations and various disputes, preferably in a senior legal capacity at a high-growth organization.

• Strong preference for deep experience in the healthcare sector.

• A well-rounded generalist capable of resolving issues across various domains, not limited to a single specialty.

• Quick-paced. We operate swiftly and expect the legal team to keep up.

• Business-oriented and commercially minded. You approach challenges like a business leader utilizing legal expertise to advance company strategy.

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
